At A.M.S. Painting, we strive to handle all projects, scheduling, and customer concerns professionally and fairly. Deposits are used to reserve scheduling, project planning, labor coordination, and administrative preparation.

Project start dates are estimated and may be affected by circumstances outside contractor control, including but not limited to:

• weather, 
• illness, 
• equipment issues, 
• material delays, 
• scheduling conflicts, 
• emergencies, 
• or unforeseen project conditions. 

A.M.S. Painting will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling updates when delays occur.

If a refund is approved by A.M.S. Painting, the refund will be processed using the same or similar documented business payment method used for the original deposit whenever reasonably possible.

Refunds issued by business check may require approximately 7–14 business days for:

• accounting review, 
• bookkeeping documentation, 
• payment processing, 
• check preparation, 
• and standard mailing procedures. 

A.M.S. Painting does not guarantee same-day cash refunds or immediate in-person cash payouts.

All refunds are processed through documented business accounting procedures to maintain accurate financial and tax records.
